MADE IN THE USA. Manufactured using high quality, FR treated PVC coated polyester fabric which withstands up to 400 degrees. Each of our reusable confined space control covers utilizes a one and a half inch strap to secure the cover to the flange. Strap features fifteen (15) grommets on each side. This allows you to cinch the straps tightly behind the man-way flange to apply your lock. Covers also feature OSHA approved “DANGER – Confined Space – Enter by Permit Only” sign. Covers are designed to be easily incorporated into your company lockout and/or safety procedures.

Product Specifications:
Fire & Chemical Resistant solid PVC coated polyester fabric-woven using a special reinforced "rip-stop" technique, making them highly resistant to tearing. Rated to withstand 450°F.
1.5 inch nylon strapping features 15 grommets on each end, allowing you to pull and tighten securely before locking.
Custom cover sizes/shapes are available. Custom sign verbiage also available to fit your specific needs.
Optional - 1½ inch gas testing port. The test port allows you to gas test the confined space without having to remove the cover.
Black UV treated polyester thread designed for outdoor durability
UV coated vinyl sign printed with latex ink. Rated for minimum 3 years, 24/7 direct exposure.
